The items provided by are brand new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those found in traditional commerce and come from all referenced publishers and suppliers.

If an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 working days from the receipt of the items to request an exchange or a refund. If the 15-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day.

The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, with all possible accessories, instructions, and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to (description and accompanying photos).

In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Boite à Montre® is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. No shipment in cash on delivery will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
