When will I receive my order?
Processing your order, manufacturing the products, and delivering (for free) takes our team a maximum of 10 to 15 business days. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How much does shipping cost?
All of our deliveries are free (except to French Overseas Departments and Territories).
My order isn't complete
If your order includes multiple items, it's possible that they may be sent separately based on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive soon.
I haven't received my order
A problem with the postal service? Lost, broken, or destroyed package? With our "secure delivery," Boite à Montre® will handle disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We will not blame the carrier and leave you to "figure it out." We will take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at no cost to you.

French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM)
Deliveries to French overseas departments and territories are generally longer (up to 2 months from the date of the order) to remain financially accessible. An additional delivery fee will be charged for the following countries:
- New Caledonia
- Saint Pierre and Miquelon
- Saint Martin
- Wallis and Futuna
- French Polynesia

Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not "being processed."
Can I cancel my order?
It is entirely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, cancellation fees will amount to 40% of the purchase price.

I want to return an item
We can only accept a return in case of a proven defect in the product.
Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to email@example.com with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.

Your bank details or credit card information will never be disclosed to us. All payments are protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor. We do not accept checks at this time.

I received an import tax
Boite à Montre® ships its products worldwide in compliance with the law. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of their country, and we decline any responsibility.
