GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made through the website https://the-watch-box.com/.

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automated recording systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. The Watch Box® confirms acceptance of the order to the customer by email at the address provided by the customer. The sale will be concluded upon The Watch Box®'s validation of the payment of the order, i.e. the date of validation of the payment for orders paid online by credit card or the date of receipt of payment by cheque. The Watch Box® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the website, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time of consultation of the site by the customer remains dependent on the stock levels at The Watch Box® and, of course, at the suppliers.

To create our showcase and sales catalogue, we work with databases enriched based on information received from our suppliers. As this database contains more than a hundred articles, not all are stored in our reserves and our offer is therefore subject to the availability of articles from the suppliers.

Only the permanent out-of-stock status of an item from our suppliers leads to the removal of that item from our sales offer. In other cases, a new order within a certain period of time is still possible.

When a product that has been ordered is unavailable, the customer is notified by email or on the invoice of the products shipped in the case of an order of several items.

Delivery deadline for the order: during the ordering process and on the order confirmation, a delivery time is communicated to the customers. It is calculated by adding the longest product availability time to the shipping time of the transport mode selected by the customer.
From the time of the order until its shipment, the customer has the possibility to cancel the order.

Specifics:

Pre-ordered items: upcoming items are available on the website https://the-watch-box.com/ as pre-orders. This reservation is made with an indicated release date announced by the publisher at the opening of the booking phase. This release date may be changed at any time by the publisher, who is solely responsible for the commercialization of their product.

In all cases, The Watch Box® strives, from the date of final sale, to ship the items to customers who have reserved them, up to the stock provided by the publisher for the release day.

ARTICLE 4: PRICING
The prices indicated in euros are net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the product price, handling, packaging, and storage fees. Prices can be changed at any time without notice, knowing that items will be invoiced based on the current rate at the time of order registration. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. Any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees include a contribution to preparation, packaging, and postage costs. Please remember to group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders, and shipping fees will be charged for each of them.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
You have several payment options offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay by:

- Credit or debit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) directly on the website, in the payment form provided during the ordering process (secure input through SSL encryption), by indicating the card type, the card number without spaces between the numbers, the control number (located on the back of your card), and the expiration date.

- PayPal payment

You have different payment methods and can even benefit from credit card payment facilities.

Payment is made at the option of our partners' secure bank servers. This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the website https://the-watch-box.com/.

Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will be registered and validated as soon as the bank accepts the payment.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or to a pickup point. The delivery time includes the time it takes to prepare the package plus the transport time. Crâne Faction® delivers worldwide. The buyer is notified by email of the different stages of tracking their order: preparation and delivery.

The delivery time includes the preparation time and the delivery provided by our carrier. The delivery time announced from 10 to 20 days is valid from the buyer's receipt of the email announcing the delivery of the order. The delivery time (announced by the carrier) does not commit The Watch Box® to a longer period.

ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL

The items provided by https://the-watch-box.com/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those in traditional retail and come from all referenced editors and suppliers.

If an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 business days from the receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the fifteen (15) day deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, with all possible accessories, instructions for use, and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to info@boiteamontre.com (description and attached photos).

In the event of exercising the withdrawal right, The Watch Box® is obligated to refund the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, except for the return costs. The refund is due within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs are therefore at your expense.

In the case of a refund, we guarantee that it will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned package. We do not accept any shipments sent with cash on delivery, for any reason.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISK
The transfer of ownership of the products to the purchaser will only be made after the full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date of said products. However, the transfer of the risk of loss and damage to the products will be carried out upon delivery and receipt of said products by the purchaser.

ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The Watch Box® is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases comprising this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data contained therein are legally protected and agrees not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent, or maintain, directly or indirectly, in any form or by any means, all or part, qualitatively or quantitatively substantial, of the content of the databases appearing on the site accessed.

ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY
The descriptions of the products present in the databases of https://the-watch-box.com/ have been entered based on the information provided by the publishers. The Watch Box® is not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable towards the buyer. The Watch Box®'s liability cannot be sought in case of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).

The products offered comply with the applicable Hong Kong law. The Watch Box® disclaims all responsibility if the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, prohibition of a title or an author…). The Watch Box® is not responsible for the contents of the sites to which hypertext links may refer from its own site.

ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW
All the clauses appearing in these general terms of sale, as well as all the purchase and sale operations referred to therein, shall be subject to the law of Hong Kong.

ARTICLE 13: ACCEPTANCE BY THE BUYER
The present general terms of sale as well as the prices are expressly agreed and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges to have perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document, including his own general terms of purchase; the act of purchase implying acceptance of the present general terms of sale.
